Sign of the Right Ear

Let’s discuss the significance of the right ear, the sword and what Jesus Christ is trying to teach us.

Matthew 26:47-56

And while He was still speaking, behold, Judas, one of the twelve, with a great multitude with swords and clubs, came from the chief priests and elders of the people. Now His betrayer had given them a sign, saying, “Whomever I kiss, He is the One; seize Him.” Immediately he went up to Jesus and said, “Greetings, Rabbi!” and kissed Him. But Jesus said to him, “Friend, why have you come?” Then they came and laid hands on Jesus and took Him. And suddenly, one of those who were with Jesus stretched out his hand and drew his sword, struck the servant of the high priest, and cut off his ear. But Jesus said to him, “Put your sword in its place, for all who take the sword will perish by the sword.

Mark 14:43-47

And immediately, while He was still speaking, Judas, one of the twelve, with a great multitude with swords and clubs, came from the chief priests and the scribes and the elders. Now His betrayer had given them a signal, saying, “Whomever I kiss, He is the One; seize Him and lead Him away safely.” As soon as he had come, immediately he went up to Him and said to Him, “Rabbi, Rabbi!” and kissed Him. Then they laid their hands on Him and took Him. And one of those who stood by drew his sword and struck the servant of the high priest, and cut off his ear.

Both Matthew and Mark just mentions one of the disciples cut off the ear of the high priest’s servant. Luke and John sheds some light on the subject matter. Let’s read.

Luke 22:47–51

And while He was still speaking, behold, a multitude; and he who was called Judas, one of the twelve, went before them and drew near to Jesus to kiss Him. But Jesus said to him, “Judas, are you betraying the Son of Man with a kiss?” When those around Him saw what was going to happen, they said to Him, “Lord, shall we strike with the sword?” And one of them struck the servant of the high priest and cut off his right ear. But Jesus answered and said, “Permit even this.” And He touched his ear and healed him.

John 18:1-11

When Jesus had spoken these words, He went out with His disciples over the Brook Kidron, where there was a garden, which He and His disciples entered. And Judas, who betrayed Him, also knew the place; for Jesus often met there with His disciples. Then Judas, having received a detachment of troops, and officers from the chief priests and Pharisees, came there with lanterns, torches, and weapons. Jesus therefore, knowing all things that would come upon Him, went forward and said to them, “Whom are you seeking?” They answered Him, “Jesus of Nazareth.” Jesus said to them, “I am He.” And Judas, who betrayed Him, also stood with them. Now when He said to them, “I am He,” they drew back and fell to the ground. Then He asked them again, “Whom are you seeking?” And they said, “Jesus of Nazareth.” Jesus answered, “I have told you that I am He. Therefore, if you seek Me, let these go their way,” that the saying might be fulfilled which He spoke, “Of those whom You gave Me I have lost none.” Then Simon Peter, having a sword, drew it and struck the high priest’s servant, and cut off his right ear. The servant’s name was Malchus. So Jesus said to Peter, “Put your sword into the sheath. Shall I not drink the cup which My Father has given Me?”

Luke share that it was the right ear, and John tells us that Simon Peter did it and the high priest’s servant’s name was Malchus.

Jesus asked Simon Peter to put the sword away and healed the servant. Wait a minute ? Didn’t Jesus ask them to prepare the swords ? Let’s read.

Luke 22: 35-38

And He said to them, “When I sent you without money bag, knapsack, and sandals, did you lack anything?” So they said, “Nothing.” Then He said to them, “But now, he who has a money bag, let him take it, and likewise a knapsack; and he who has no sword, let him sell his garment and buy one. For I say to you that this which is written must still be accomplished in Me: ‘And He was numbered with the transgressors.’ For the things concerning Me have an end.” So they said, “Lord, look, here are two swords.” And He said to them, “It is enough.”

Jesus asked the disciples to prepare the swords and yet Jesus said. Let’s read !

Matthew 26:52

But Jesus said to him,” Put your sword in its place, for all who take the sword will perish by the sword.

Before we discuss what all these mean, let’s talk about the happenings of this world. God has been giving us many many major signs through his celestial body clock (as per Genesis Chapter 1 where God made the sun moon and stars for signs and appointed times). Did we take heed ? We need to ask ourselves this question. The time of the trials is about to begin. Very recently we know Donald Trump was shot. Let me tell you this, he is a big player when it comes to end time prophecies. Why you may ask ? Donald Trump announced Jerusalem as the capital of Israel in 2017, exactly 50 years from the 1967 war where Israel captured Jerusalem back from the Arab coalition states. Going back another 50 years, we get to 1917 when the Balfour Declaration was signed which was a public statement issued by the British Government in 1917 during the First World War announcing its support for the establishment of a "national home for the Jewish people" in Palestine (which is Israel that was invaded by Iran in the course of time). Can you see the 50 year intervals ? In the bible, it’s known as the Jubilee year cycles of 50 years. On a jubilee year, possessions are returned to the original possessor. Do you see how important these signs are ! 2017 was special with the first half of the Great American Solar Eclipse which then marked the ‘X’ over USA in 2024. I’m sure you saw that on TikTok. There are more signs, huge signs that people missed. Why ? Satan has made us busy with life that we put a timetable to turn to God. Sorry for the rant. Let’s get back to the subject matter. Donald Trump was shot in the exact spot of 100% totality of the Great American Solar Eclipse.

Let’s read a piece of scripture from the Old Testament !

Leviticus 8:1-12

And the Lord spoke to Moses, saying: “Take Aaron and his sons with him, and the garments, the anointing oil, a bull as the sin offering, two rams, and a basket of unleavened bread; and gather all the congregation together at the door of the tabernacle of meeting.”

So Moses did as the Lord commanded him. And the congregation was gathered together at the door of the tabernacle of meeting. And Moses said to the congregation, “This is what the Lord commanded to be done.”

Then Moses brought Aaron and his sons and washed them with water. And he put the tunic on him, girded him with the sash, clothed him with the robe, and put the ephod on him; and he girded him with the intricately woven band of the ephod, and with it tied the ephod on him. Then he put the breastplate on him, and he put the Urim and the Thummim in the breastplate. And he put the turban on his head. Also on the turban, on its front, he put the golden plate, the holy crown, as the Lord had commanded Moses.

Also Moses took the anointing oil, and anointed the tabernacle and all that was in it, and consecrated them. He sprinkled some of it on the altar seven times, anointed the altar and all its utensils, and the laver and its base, to consecrate them. And he poured some of the anointing oil on Aaron’s head and anointed him, to consecrate him.

Leviticus 8:22-24

And he brought the second ram, the ram of consecration. Then Aaron and his sons laid their hands on the head of the ram, and Moses killed it. Also he took some of its blood and put it on the tip of Aaron’s right ear, on the thumb of his right hand, and on the big toe of his right foot. Then he brought Aaron’s sons. And Moses put some of the blood on the tips of their right ears, on the thumbs of their right hands, and on the big toes of their right feet. And Moses sprinkled the blood all around on the altar.

Aaron and his sons were consecrated with ram’s blood. The blood was put on the tip of Aaron’s right ear. It is not important to know if Donald is a priest or what. That is not my concern. When Donald Trump announced Jerusalem as Israel’s capital, The people of Israel called him King Cyrus and made a coin with his face on it. Who is King Cyrus, you ask ? King Cyrus in the old testament innitiated the rebuilding of the temple at Jerusalem. Now they are building a train station called ‘Trump’ to connect Israel and Arab which would violate The Abrahamic Covenant establised by God Himself. So Donald Trump is an important player when it comes to END TIMES PROPHECIES !

1. Trump getting shot at his right ear with blood is a sign just like Simon Peter cutting the high priest’s servant’s ear before the trial of Jesus Christ.

2. When Jesus said put away the sword eventhough Jesus is the one who asked the disciples to prepare it, Jesus meant ‘Sharp sword: The Word of God’

Revelation 19:15

Now out of His mouth goes a sharp sword, that with it He should strike the nations. And He Himself will rule them with a rod of iron. He Himself treads the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God.

Hebrews 4:12

For the Word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any two edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.

3. When Jesus said 2 swords were enough, He meant the sword of fiery red horseman of Revelation 6 and the aforemention sharp sword in Revelation 19 which is The Word of God. That is why He told Simon Peter to put away the sword and scriptures need to be fulfilled !

4. Aaron’s right ear annointed as a sign of innitiating a levitical priesthood which connects to the right ear of Malchus as a sign of the beginning of Jesus Christ’s trials and passion !

So, get ready for the world is about to travail in birth pain !
